When carrying out the regional needs assessments, each Health Canada Region was asked to consider the prevention and treatment needs and resources available for the following key groups/lenses: gender, youth, pregnant women, and mental health (concurrent disorders). In recognition of cross-cutting implications of each of these lenses, and the unique service needs of these groups, the Renewal Forum featured three presentations on key consideration and priorities for these groups that will help to inform the broader NNADAP Renewal efforts:
